MINUTES July 2 , 199 BOARD of HEALTH Mr, Greelish motioned to establish passing grade of 70 for the septic installer's examination, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. 2 SUNSET CIRCLE Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he inspected the site and found the system to be in failure.
