MINUTES July 2 , 1992 4 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> proposed public restaurant, a semi-public swimming pool and <br /> its buildings associated with itrecommend this Board <br /> request a representative of "Willowbend" and the engineer <br /> meet with the Board to discuss the revisions. " 'Tone of the <br /> private lots, offered for sale, are proposed for tie-in t <br /> the treatment plant. <br /> Mr, Greelish commented he would prefer everything tied <br /> into the treatment plant. <br /> Board members agreed to request a representative of <br /> "Willowbend" and the engineer attend an upcoming meeting. <br /> 8, ) New Seabury golf maintenance septic upgrade Mr. <br /> McQuaid informed the Board revised plans indicate..the instal- <br /> lation of a primary and reserve with a divrter valve. <br /> "'Plans now meet all requirements. " <br /> Mr, Ball motioned to approve revised plans for the 'New <br /> e bury Golf Maintenance Building" , +Ir. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> . Emery Repair certification <br /> 17 EI EWA' E' ROAD, (Installer - C. Keyes <br /> Nor. Evans relayed he inspected the site and found the <br /> septic system in failure* "The installer was issued a permit <br /> and proceeded to repair the system- " "The repair was inad- <br /> equate and could not be approved. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated a few weeps Mr. Keyes requested a <br /> waiver for the installer's- test fee due to his financial sta- <br /> tus, "At that time l recommended Mr. Keyes obtain approval <br /> from two of the Board members* " "It was agreed the test fee <br /> would be waived however, he would be required to take the <br /> exam. . 11 "Subsequently, Mr, Keyes paid the $100,00 for hi-s <br /> installer's license but never took the test, he then paid the <br /> fee for the repair at 17 Edgewater Road* " "We have withheld <br /> depositing the $100.00 fee for his installer's license, " III <br /> would recommend we refund the license fee to Mr, Keyes and <br /> require he take the installer's exameell "I would also recom- <br /> mend this Board raise the passing grade to 70. 11 <br /> Board members agreed, prior to issuing a license to Mr, <br /> Chri <br />
