MINUTES July 2 ,x.9 2 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mfr. Greelish explained to Mr, O'Neill the intent of the <br /> bylaws. <br /> Mr. O'Neill stated he may be agreeable, on advice and <br /> review by legal counsel, to signing a waiver, similar to the <br /> one currently required by this Board, which references public <br /> water hookup, <br /> Mr, McQuaid 'informed Mr, O' Neill that the document was <br /> prepared for emergency repairs without engineering plans. <br /> "Your situation was such that we recommended you retain an <br /> engineer to rectify the situation. " <br /> Mr, O'Neill questioned why he is required to sign the <br /> waiver as he did retain an engineer. <br /> Mr, Greelish reiterated he earlier comment stating the <br /> situation is such that an engineered plan is required and ex - <br /> plained the waiver will be lifted once town water is supplied <br /> to the area. <br /> 1 + ■ <br /> r d, <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated "he has re area *a statem6nt for the <br /> o'Neill's signature. <br /> Mr, O'Neill commented, the ill' have his counsel review <br /> the waiver4. <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mra . O'Neill the system was de- <br /> clared in failure which will 'require rr pair 'within' an - allot- <br /> . _ M <br /> ted time frame. 1 P <br /> Mr-. O'Neill requested the Hoard permit 10 days from this <br /> date in which to repair the system. <br /> Board members agreed. . <br /> Mr, O'Neill stated he will submit revised plans for the <br /> Health Agents approval . <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant 10 days from this date in <br /> which to sign and submit the waiver- and to repair the septic <br /> sy tem failure at #13 Treasure- Lane, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 7. ) Willowbend treatment Plant revision Mr, McQuaid <br /> stated this Board did forward preliminary approval to the <br /> previous owner. "The new owners have submitted revised plans <br /> which. include an increase from 113 ,000 gallons per day to <br /> 132,500 gallons per day. " "This increase is to accommodate <br /> the clubhouse public facilities, proposed tennis stadium, <br /> 1 <br />
