Bob" * de- <br /> bris. t1 "Mr., Reed was of the opinion bids were to high -- <br /> cording to F'.E.M. . calculations. " "It was agreed specs. <br /> should go out to re-bid.' <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr, Mc u 'd to request Town Cour- <br /> , <br /> sel4ls opinion. <br /> DISCUSSIO : Transfer Station/Demolition <br /> Mr. Doherty stepped down from this discussion as he <br /> found it to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board members he received a report <br /> that a resident, (Mr. Colin Fitzgerald) , uses the landfill <br /> commercially to deposit demolition material -without a com- <br /> mercial sticker, "Mr.' Fitzgerald was informed he rust obtain <br /> a ommerc-ial sticker but refused to do so -as he felt he was <br /> being charged enough money to dispose of 'the demolition 'mate- <br /> r i a . 11 <br /> Mr . Greelish directed Mr, McQuaid to inform Mr.. <br /> Fitzgerald this Board is requesting his attendance at an up- <br /> coming meeting to .show just cause why his residential stacker <br /> should not be revoked. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed the Board he received a complaint <br /> from Mr, & Mrs. Moria regarding fees charged for a trunk full <br /> of sticks, ,the Morin's were of the opinion they should be <br /> allowed to dispose- of a trunk full of sticks at no charge as <br /> they do hold a residential sticker. " "SelectpersonCaffyn <br /> recommended the -Board preview the policy and do away with any <br /> discretionary charges by the gate attendant, " "I informed <br /> Selectperson Caffyn it is clearly spelled out in our rules <br /> and regulations however, Ms. ' Caffyn requested the Board- <br /> tighten up the fee schedules " "Subsequently, the Finance <br /> Committee Charman forward a memo to this office requesting <br /> an explanation of the accounting process utilized by the <br /> landfill contractor. 11 <br />
