"The next amenity area will be <br /> adjacent -to the clubhouse. " "We were unsure as to what the <br /> owner was .proposing for future amenity buildings, so we re- <br /> served an additional 20,000 gallons. " "In regards to the <br /> single family homes, we met with the Planning Board and set <br /> self-imposed l imitations as to how many bedrooms will be core <br /> structed. 1' We now have less than originally approved. 11 "The <br /> concept is changing from a mix of townhouses or attached <br /> single family hoses to detached single family homes . but <br /> condo iniumi ed. 11 "There is a difference of opinion with the <br /> State that you cannot sewer a single family 1of. "The plant w111�_"be completed <br /> prior to obtaining authorization to tie-in with those <br /> separate lots. <br /> R <br /> Mr. Grossman stated the model homes will be constructed <br /> south of Quinaquisset Avenue* <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended the installation of a tight tare <br /> for the model homes. <br /> Mr. Grossman agreed with Mr. Mc uaid's recommendation as <br /> tight tanks would not require creating a subdivision or <br /> separate lots and there would be no discharging, "We do not <br /> live in or utilize the model homes. " <br /> Mr, Greelish stated this Board will support the project. <br /> "We would like to be briefed in a few months on how the <br /> project is progressing. " <br />
