"A 2' State <br /> variance is required from the leaching facility to the foun- <br /> dation." <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended the Board approve relocation of <br /> the tank as proposed based on the agreement that the addition <br /> will be poured on a slab not crawl space and that the bottom <br /> of the slab be above the invert to the tank, <br /> + Mr. Ball motioned a grant a 2' State variance with the <br /> stipulation the engineer place a poly barrier above stone and <br /> a three inch slab be poured above the inlet elevation to the <br /> tank, the engineer scall reflect this revision on final plans <br /> submitted, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> . Copies of memos to Dept of Public.. Works s re: dump_sites <br /> floor drains <br /> Dump sites - Mr. McQuaid informed Board members hediscov- <br /> ered a couple Of dump sites with no leads as to who may have <br /> disposed of the materials., "I requested the D.P.W. to remove <br /> the illegally dumpedmaterials." "As of yet l have not re- <br /> ceived a response from the D,P.W. Supt: tl <br /> Floor drains Mr. McQuaid relayed vehicle maintenance es- <br /> tablishments are required to comply with new State regula- <br /> tions regarding floor drains. "The D.P.W. has been forwarded <br /> a copy of the regulations which will require an expense, on <br /> the towns part, to comply wit . 11 'The drain must either- be <br /> sealed or a D.E,P. tight tank must be installed. " <br /> . Requestfrom Louis Minerella-to _set u. .-...at Flea Mar et <br /> Mr, McQuaid informed Board members Mr. Minerella is request- <br /> ing the Boardts approval to setup his fruit & produce stand <br /> within the confines of the flea market. "The owners are <br /> willing to relocate their dumpster from the fence parallel to <br /> the restaurant in order for Mr. Minerella to have access to <br /> sanitary facilities- ". "I would recommend the Board approve <br /> Mr. Minerella's request to setup his+ produce truck , at the <br /> designated area at the Flea Market, " "The only problems that <br /> may arise- is the special permit issued by the Zoning -hoard of <br /> Appeals is in litigation* " <br /> i <br /> S <br />
