MINUTES- August 61 1932 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> Mr, Doherty motioned to approve the new location for op- <br /> eration of a temporary produce stand by Mr. Louis Minerella <br /> at Back & Ellie's flea market until such time as the pending <br /> litigation has been resolved. -Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> r <br /> AoTMENT. Richard Tibbetts - Cheapo Depot <br /> Mr, Richard Tibbetts was in attendance for this sched- <br /> uled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board member Tibbetts is re- <br /> questing permission to self. prep cl aged focus which many. in- <br /> clude damaged cans. "The Boards policy prohibits the sale of <br /> outdated or damaged foods by retail food stores. " "Our de- <br /> partment is not staffed to monitor retail food stores con- <br /> ducting this type of business-. " ., "In spearing with Barnstable <br /> County it was rela ad* the rel ' ay in whic the. Board could r <br /> permit this type of' business' would be' to hold the "establish- 1p <br /> ment responsible for the integrity of the food product. " <br /> "The owner would be required to. suppl the Board of Health <br /> with a statement from which the purchase ,was made as to ' its <br /> integrity, as far as, it wholesomeness for sale to the pub- <br />; c. � l would recommend the Board deny the request for sale <br /> { <br /> of damaged food goods."
