MINUTES August 6, 1992 BOARD OF HEALTH' <br /> Mr.. Blomberg stated he would- like to obtain his permit <br /> by the 14th of August. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 1992 mobile food permit to <br /> Mr, Eric Blomberg d/b/a "Lobster I" with the stipulation a <br /> letter is submitted to this Board from a licensed food estab- <br /> lishment stating fir. Blomberg utilizes the -facility as his <br /> base of operations and as the season is halfway completed the <br /> fee shall be modified to $50.00, Mr, Doherty seconded. <br /> # o of-letter from. Notice of luncheon or Executive secretar -- Acknowl- <br /> edged <br /> 11, ) o of PoliceIncidenc Report - 33 Beechwood Drive <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated the dwelling was secured by the Police De- <br /> partment. <br /> - <br /> partment. "The owner resides out of State and will be for- <br /> warded a letter indicating they must secure the -building and <br /> any further complaints will result in a civil action against <br /> them.. "I did attempt to contact Mr, Forney, the complainant, <br /> who was concerned that her child might have been priced with <br /> a tainted needle however, I have been unable to reach her.
