Hitchcock the rules and <br /> regulations regarding commercial use of the landfill and in- <br /> formed Mr* 'Hitchcock in order to utilize the landfill he will <br /> he required to obtain a commercial sticker. <br /> Mr, Doherty informed lir. Hitchcock that his driver was <br /> told not to dispose of the household refuse in the demolition <br /> pile. <br /> Mr, Greelish informed fir. Hitchcock this Board will <br /> withhold issuing a citation should he agree to purchase a <br /> commercial landfill permit. <br /> Mr, Hitchcock agreed to purchase a 1992 commercial land- <br /> fill sticker. <br /> POINT EMT# John Brophy - 40 Wilsons. Grove <br /> Mr, Brophy was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr, Brophy stated five years ago this Board approved <br /> septic system upgrade to accommodate a second store addition. <br /> "Town regulations required I receive approval from the on- <br /> servation corai sion. rt "During this interim period the sep- <br /> tic permit expired, " <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated variances were granted in 198? as <br /> proposals at that time were to install a tank to conform to <br /> j Title v, "The cesspool was never upgraded nor were engineer- <br /> ing plans submitted. " <br /> Pyr. Greelish informed Mr, Brophy engineering plans must <br /> he submitted indicating What the existing septic system con- <br /> r i t of. "If .the system .cannot# be upgraded to Title v <br /> _ specificatiohs,this Board will, not approve an addition, " <br /> 4 <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended Mr, Brophy retain the services <br /> of a registered engineer to determine the adequacy of the ex- <br /> PE ims brig system and :.its ,proper delineation from lot lines and <br /> wet lAnds.
