Sec. re: Coastal Resource coxittee - Acknowledged. APPOINTMENT: Gia Quintal - "crack of Dawn" s. Quintal was in attendance for this .scheduled ap- pointment. p- pointrent. r. Evans informed Board members Ms, Quintal is propos- ing to operate a food ,service establishment from the facility currently known as the "Kitchen Magician" . "The existing septic system at the site is inquestionable condition and the sanitary facilities may not meet current codes, " Mr. McQuaid commented, in his opinion, from a building code point of view, the integrity of the structure is ques- tionable and the fire codes may not meet current standards.,t1 1 .. Quintal stated, they do not propose to occupy the facility for an extended amount of time. Mr. Greelish recommended s. Quintal and representatives of Fields Point attend an upcoming meeting to discuss State and local regulations. Mr, Gree l ih also recommended Mr, Quintal consult with the necessary inspectors to, determine what violations must be corrected. Mr, McQuaid agreed to coordinate a joint inspection with the appropriate inspectors and a Fields Point representative. APPOINTMENT: Ed Pesce - 443 cotuit Road Mr. Pesce was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- ment. Ir. Pesce stated the existing system is in failure. "The owner does not .propose to increase the habitable space." "The existing pit will be abandoned and filled with sand, " "State and local variances are required for the upgrade. " Mr, McQuaid informed Board members the system has not be certifiedin failure by a Health Agent. } .F
