Evans informed Board members Ms, Quintal is propos- <br /> ing to operate a food ,service establishment from the facility <br /> currently known as the "Kitchen Magician" . "The existing <br /> septic system at the site is inquestionable condition and <br /> the sanitary facilities may not meet current codes, " <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, in his opinion, from a building <br /> code point of view, the integrity of the structure is ques- <br /> tionable and the fire codes may not meet current standards.,t1 <br /> 1 .. Quintal stated, they do not propose to occupy the <br /> facility for an extended amount of time. <br /> Mr. Greelish recommended s. Quintal and representatives <br /> of Fields Point attend an upcoming meeting to discuss State <br /> and local regulations. Mr, Gree l ih also recommended Mr, <br /> Quintal consult with the necessary inspectors to, determine <br /> what violations must be corrected. <br /> Mr, McQuaid agreed to coordinate a joint inspection with <br /> the appropriate inspectors and a Fields Point representative. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Ed Pesce - 443 cotuit Road <br /> Mr. Pesce was in attendance for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Ir. Pesce stated the existing system is in failure. <br /> "The owner does not .propose to increase the habitable space." <br /> "The existing pit will be abandoned and filled with sand, " <br /> "State and local variances are required for the upgrade.
