MINUTES September 3 , 1992 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Board members agreed to await approval of the septic <br /> stent upgrade pending certification by a Health Agent that <br /> the system is in failure. <br /> . Mento from Personnel ire: Agents and ., P# .P. - Mr, <br /> Creelish directed Mr. , McQuaid to provide the Board, at next <br /> weeks meeting, with copies of the 1980 Annual. 'down Meeting <br /> article which pertains to the P.A.P. . <br /> Dr ., MacDonald - Otis Trailer village, abandoned trailer <br /> Dr. MacDonald was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Evns relayed a few days ago he met with Mr. Donald <br /> Campbell who requested an inspection of his trailer at lot 12 <br /> Otis Trailer village as he was of the opinion it should be <br /> condemned. "I inspected the trailer and found it to be unin- <br /> habitable, " <br /> ninhabitable. " <br /> Mr, McQuaid stated, he also inspected the trailer and <br /> found it to be in deplorable condition. "Mr,. Campbell has <br /> been ; relocated _ bpi the Falmouth HousIF Authority, " 11Mr. <br /> Campbell owns the trailer' but has abandoned it. " 'AAs the <br /> MacDonald's own the property they also own the trailer. <br /> I'Dr. MacDonald is present this evening, to seek the Board's <br /> advice on how to dispose of the trailer. " <br /> Dr. MacDonald informed the Board he did forward a certi- <br /> f ied letter o fir. Campbell dated June 1 , 19 which tate <br /> the trailer is no longer structully sound and is unfit for <br /> occupancy for general health reasons. "We allotted a 30 day <br /> time frame in which he must quit and vacate the lot." I'Mr. <br /> Campbell was to provide the management of Otis Trailer vil- <br /> lage with a plan for removing the motor home from the site. t9 <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Dr. MacDonald the metals could b <br /> removed from the trailer and recycled however, the remaining <br /> Materials would be considered demolition and a fee would be <br /> charged. <br /> Dr. MacDonald stated he will consult with Mr. DiMaggio <br /> as to the fee schedule for demolition and disposal of the <br /> trailer, <br /> 9. ) ., f ,,._ letter from County commissioners re: 0tLS <br /> M.R.F. -- Acknowledged, <br /> 10. ) Copy of letter front David Mall re; CountyI _._ ,�' � Ac- <br /> knowledged, <br />
