MINUTES October 8. 1992 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> upon the Health Agent's verification that the abutting well <br /> located on parcel 10 was in excess of 100 . 11 <br /> I'Dr.. Kanter has <br /> indicated no work was performed on the lot and is present <br /> this evening to request the Board approve plans for the <br /> dwelling as abutting lots will soon be tied into publicwa- <br /> ter, " <br /> M ', Greelish informed Dr. Kanter State approval would be <br /> required for variances requested below 1001 . 'This Board <br /> ill require a letter from the Water District stating all <br /> lots, with the exception of lot 10 , are prepaid for water <br /> hookup, the Water District must also submit a working plan <br /> forthe area and the owner of lot to must submit a letter of <br /> intent to tie into public water. 'Should the owner of lot 10 <br /> refuse to tie into public water the engineer must - revise <br /> plans creating at least a 100' separation. l' <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> Mr, Doherty requested Dr* Kanter consider <br /> denitrification systems.. <br /> A POI TME ' I. Lewis/Weinstein - 7 Cutlass Lane <br /> Mr. & Mrs. Lewis and Mr. Joseph Weinstein were inat- <br /> tendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. Weinstein stated Mr. & Mrs. Lewis are proposing' to <br /> construct an additional bedroom to their existing two bedroom <br /> dwelling."
