McQuaid relayed he <br /> inspecteal the site with the Building Inspector and determined <br /> this is a Planning Board issue in that the drainage ,basins <br /> were specified in the subdivision Marx that was approval by <br /> the Planning Board, "The complainant appeared before the <br /> Planning Board and voiced her concerns- " "The Planning Board <br /> determined the easement for the drainage basins was not re- <br /> corded with the Registry of Deeds for the subdivision which <br /> leaves it unenforceable by the Planning Board* " <br /> i lir.
