MINUTES December 10, 1992 3 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> "Due to unsuitable soil conditions the system must be placed <br /> in close proxi i y to the road, " "I n order~ the avoid <br /> strip- out 1 propose to re-perp the area. " III am requesting <br /> the Board forward conditional approval of the necessary side- <br /> line variances pending perc results, " <br /> Y <br /> Mr, Greelish informed Mr. Pesce this Board cannot grant <br /> conditional approval as strip-out requires Planning Board ap- <br /> proval . <br /> Mr. Pesce relayed,, "I will re-pert the lot, if strip--oust <br /> is necessary I will return to the Board for discussion" . <br /> Board members agreed, <br /> 1 ' Sam sons Mill Road - Eck Pesce <br /> Mr, Pesce was in attendance- for this scheduled appoint- <br /> ment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, Rothe system has not been certified <br /> in failure" . <br /> Mr. Pesce informed Board members the emergency repair <br /> will require a' ' sideline variance. <br /> Board members agreed the primary and reserve should be <br /> installed in opposite locations. <br /> Mr, Pesce agreed to revise plans and return to the Board <br /> t their next regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> 3 , ) Letter from Tan Mayhew re: Recycling ..nrogram - Ac- <br /> knowledged, <br /> . om laint 158 Noisy Hole Road - fir. McQuaid relayed he <br /> inspecteal the site with the Building Inspector and determined <br /> this is a Planning Board issue in that the drainage ,basins <br /> were specified in the subdivision Marx that was approval by <br /> the Planning Board, "The complainant appeared before the <br /> Planning Board and voiced her concerns- " "The Planning Board <br /> determined the easement for the drainage basins was not re- <br /> corded with the Registry of Deeds for the subdivision which <br /> leaves it unenforceable by the Planning Board* " <br /> i lir.
