MINUTES December 10, 1992 4 BOARD OF HEAL'T'H <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "not necessarily, it would have <br /> an effect on the accessibility on Noisy Hole Road" . <br /> "Wetlands are located on the Cather side of Noisy Hole Road <br /> and the water table is very high there. " "The subdivision <br /> was built at an angle to lean away from the undeveloped area <br /> towards the developed area which is why the drainage basins <br /> were installed. " "The question is whether this could be con- <br /> strued as illegal dumping or filling. " <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "the owner does not have a site <br /> assignment as a landfill therefore, the 'items cannot be bur- <br /> ied" , "The area is a safety hazard. " <br /> Mr, Greelish stated, 11dumping of the debris presents a <br /> clear health and safety hazard and must be removed immedi- <br /> ately" . <br /> Mr, Greelish motioned to issue an "Order" , to the owner <br /> of 158 Doisy Hole Road, to correct the violation within 1 <br /> days, Mr. . Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> . special Permit modifi ation, Charles Talanian Dict _ <br /> lli s - Mr. McQuaid informed Board members the Zoning <br /> Board has reworded the condition by which the owners must <br /> comply with Board of Health regulations. I'll am satisfied <br /> with the rewording, " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> . Letter from County Commissioners sioners e: Waste Management <br /> Committee - Mr, Greelish volunteered to represent the town. <br /> 7, ) Potential septic break-out 1941188 Pimlico Pond <br /> Mr, McQuaid relayed, "I inspected the site with the Conserva- <br /> tion Commission Agent and concluded there is potential . for � <br /> I <br /> break-out as there are no records of where the leaching ' fa- <br /> cility is located" ,.� "Last September this office notified the <br /> owner there was an inordinate amountLof septage being pumped <br /> from the property. " "At that time 1 recommended' the , owner-,'-.a <br /> have the system inspected within 14 days. " "The owner noti- <br /> fied <br /> oti - <br /> hied this office that they were making renovations to the <br /> property and would have it inspected prior to reoccupying the <br /> building,. " "Upon inspection+of the site I notified the Con- <br /> servation Commission, that 1 did determine there is a poten- <br /> tial break-out and a certified "As Built" plan would be re- <br /> quired by a registered professional engineer.
