MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 26,2019 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, second, <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Special Permit request for a raze and replace. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding to John F. Gavin and Terese J. Gavin <br /> of 150 Pimlico Pond Road under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction <br /> of a detached garage on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 2 Parcel 136, <br /> Mashpee, MA,with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Referencing a Title 5 Site Plan, 150 Pimlico Pond Road, Mashpee, MA. Prepared <br /> for John and Terese Gavin, dated May 20, 2019, Revised: June 21, 2019 (Inland <br /> Bank), Scale: 1" = 20', prepared by: Down Cape Engineering, Inc., and signed by <br /> Dan Ojala, PE dated: 6/21/19. <br /> 3. Referencing a House Plan: G1.0: Garage Plan, G2.0: Garage Elevations. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record. <br /> 5. Conditioned that the garage is a one story structure, there will be no sleeping <br /> quarters allowed, no shower allowed, no living quarters allowed, and no kitchen <br /> allowed. When the applicant submits the permit application to the Building <br /> Inspector, the truss shop drawings will clearly depict the inability to add a second <br /> floor of this garage. The bathroom will only include a sink and toilet. <br /> Mr. Sangeleer, second, <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein,yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Written Finding for a bathroom with sink and toilet only. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Vote to approve the June 12, 2019 Meeting Minutes <br /> Ms. Sangeleer moved to approve the meeting minutes.
