MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 26,2019 <br /> Mr. Connell said that he intends to fully insulate and install a heating source, and requested <br /> that there is no limit of the type of fuel source. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked if there is asphalt between the house and garage. He made a suggestion <br /> that another gutter berm be installed to avoid possible flooding problems. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation Comments into the record. Jonathan read the revised <br /> Conservation Comments into the record. <br /> Jonathan read the Board of Health comments into the record. George read the DPW <br /> comments into the record. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit to John F. Gavin and Terese J. Gavin <br /> of 150 Pimlico Pond Road, under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing <br /> non-conforming single family residence and replace with a new single family home on <br /> property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 2 Parcel 136, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 1.
