}~' Town of Mashpe 16 Gr at J%ck pad 'North Alcw pee,Massachusetts 02649, Conservation Commission Minutes Thursday, July 25, 2019 Mashpee Town Hall Ockway Meeting Room Present: Dale McKay, Thomas O'Neil, Charles Dalton, Brad Sweet, Chad Smith, Marty Bregman, Steven Cook CALL MEETING TO ORDER: 6:OOPM Chairman Dale McKay opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. PRE/POST-HEARING AGENDA: Minutes: Approve July 11, 2019 Minutes Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to approve the minutes of July 11, 2019,seconded by Mr. O'Neill. Vote 4-0 unanimous. HEARINGS: 6:00 p.m. Paul & Jamie Saganey, 28 Jeep Place (NOI). Proposed raze and replace of a 4- bedroom dwelling with a 3-bedroom dwelling, detached garage, patio, driveway, a new septic system, mitigation plantings and vista pruning. Applicant requests additional continuance to 8/8/2019. No comment from the public. Motion: Mr. Smith motioned for a continuance to 818/2019 @ 6:OOPM, seconded by Mr. Dalton. Vote unanimous 5-0. 6:03 p.m. Leland E. Kornfeld & Anne M. Walus, 37 Fiddler Crab Lane (RDA). Proposed removal of four hazardous trees. This was continued from 3/14/2019. Applicant was not present when the hearing was called. The Agent provided background, explaining this hearing was continued from the 3/14/2019 meeting due to failure of the newspaper to publish the hearings. The tree removal already occurred as it could not wait until the next meeting, and this hearing is after-the-fact approval. The Agent stated the homeowner was informed the hearing was continued to this time, and will reach out to them to reschedule for another hearing. Mr. McKay asked if it could be acted upon without the homeowners present, without another continuance. The Agent stated the follow-up inspection already occurred and recommended the matter to be voted on now. Mr. McKay stated if there is a legal issue, they would reconsider the decision.
