The Agent stated there has not been a DEP number issued for this <br /> filing yet because they did not receive proof of mailing to the Natural Heritage Endangered <br /> Species Program and deficiencies were present in the resource areas cited in the NOI application. <br /> Therefore, the Commission is unable to conduct the hearing tonight. Only a small portion of the work with occur within the 100-ft buffer <br /> zone to salt marsh (part of pump chamber and a small portion of the leach field). The existing <br /> system is too close to ground water, and the replacement will result in a net environmental benefit. <br /> The Agent stated it was straight forward, and the Board of Health is currently reviewing the project. <br /> Most of the work will occur in a flat lot within the clamshell driveway and lawn areas, and there is <br /> no anticipated adverse impacts to the resource areas.
