Call Meeting to Order/Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mr. Santos called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes of March 6, 2019 <br /> Mr. Gorman made a motion, seconded by Ms. Bartlett o approve the minutes of March 6, <br /> 2019, <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor- Mr. Myers, Ms. Bartlett, Mr. Gorman; abstained - Mr. Santos; <br /> approved. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Phyllis Sprout, community member, spoke about the school process regarding <br /> distribution of outside communication. <br /> 4. Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe -Cameron Greendeer <br /> Cameron Greendeer, youth program manager for the tribe presented an informative <br /> update. <br /> 5. Report of the Superintendent <br /> Administrator Reports <br /> Mrs. DeBoer reviewed the administrator reports with the Committee. <br /> Personnel update <br /> Quashnet School- Kaitlyn Reardon, Special Education Teacher <br /> Middle/High School- Maureen Goldsmith, Executive Administrative Assistant-Guidance <br /> Beth Needel- Executive Administrative Assistant- Special Education <br /> Catherine Cameron -Administrative Assistant- Guidance <br /> Open Positions- District Wide - Food Service Helper, Tech Repair Support <br /> MMHS -Administrative Assistant (Special Education) <br /> Enrollments <br /> Total enrollment of students:1632 <br /> Correspondence <br /> A letter from the Commissioner of Elementary& Secondary Education congratulating <br /> Mashpee for achieving the Innovation Pathway distinction. <br /> The winners of the vaping contest are: 1st place Grace Dion; 2nd place Joe Burton, 3rd <br /> place Dillon Foley <br /> 1. <br />
