Mr. Gorman made a motion, seconded by Mr.Schmidt to postpone the Program of Studies' presentation until the May 23, 2018 meeting. Roll Call Vote: In favor- Ms. Bartlett, Mr. Schmidt, Mr. Gorman, Mr. Santos and Mr. Myers; opposed - none. X. Public Comment Sharon DeFrancesco and Caroline McKenzie expressed their support of the later school start time change for Mashpee schools Samantha Ziehl expressed her concerns and disapproval of the school start time change. XI. Specifically Assigned/Unfinished Business 1. *Vote on school start times Mr. Schmidt made a motion,seconded by Mr. Santos to consider MMHS later school start time of 8:30 am - 3:00 pm and to take into account any small changes requested by the Administration George Schmidt, at the request of the Chair, amended his motion and added to his previous motion to accept the later elementary school start time of 9:05 am - 3:35 pm as well as MMHS 8:30 am - 3:00 pm Seconded by Ms.Bartlett. Roll Call Vote: In favor Ms. Bartlett, Mr. Schmidt, Mr. Gorman and Mr. Myers; opposed - Mr. Santos; vote passes 4-1 2. *Vote on school choice seats for FY19 Mr. Gorman made a motion, seconded by Ms. Bartlett to approve the school choice seats for FYI as presented. Roll Call Vote: In favor- Ms. Bartlett, Mr. Schmidt, Mr. Gorman, Mr.Santos and Mr. Myers; opposed - none. XII. Superintendent Report Mrs. DeBoer reviewed each individual Administrator's report. XIII. New Business 1. *Gr. 12 out of state field trip to Sky Zone/Roger Williams Zoo/Dave & Busters in Rhode Island on 5/29/18 Mr. Schmidt made a motion, seconded by Mr. Santos to approve the Gr. 12 field trip to Sky Zone/Roger Williams Zoo in Rhode Island on 5/29/18 Roll Call Vote: In favor- Ms. Bartlett, Mr. Schmidt, Mr. Gorman, Mr. Santos and Mr. Myers; opposed - none. 2.
