Wampanoag Village-The Chair reported that it was still unclear whether the 42 units in <br /> this project are eligible to be placed on the state Subsidized Housing Inventory (SHI)for <br /> Mashpee. If so, Town staff has to complete the forms to add the development to Mashpee's <br /> affordable housing inventory. He will follow up with the Town Planner to confirm. <br /> Habitat for Humanity-Mr. Abbott reported that Great Neck Road North was given <br /> approval to move forward. <br /> Main Street Village-Chairman Isbitz indicated that he would follow up to determine if <br /> the project was still viable and whether it should be removed from the agenda. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> New Projects-The Chair indicated that the Housing Production Plan would require an <br /> update for August 2020, completed prior to having the next census data available. The Town <br /> Planner would be responsible for updating the Plan, which would be reviewed and approved by <br /> the Planning Board and Board of Selectmen. The Chair would contact DHCD to inquire further <br /> whether Mashpee could receive an extension for the Housing Production Plan. <br /> October Meeting-It was noted that the October meeting would conflict with the Town's <br /> Special Election on October 1. There was discussion about re-scheduling a meeting for October <br /> as necessary.
