Proposed single family <br /> dwelling, garage, septic system, restoration/replication of resource area. <br /> No comment from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close and Issue with conditions of Board of Health <br /> approved septic, Performance Bond of 5 years, and include as many snags as <br /> possible, seconded by Mr. Dalton. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:03 Jane A. Goubeaux, 22 Bright Coves Way (RDA). Proposed septic system upgrade. <br /> No comment from the public. <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to a Negative Determination, seconded by Mr. Dalton. <br /> Vote: 5-0 unanimous <br /> 6:06 Paul & Jamie Saganey. 28 Jeep Place (NOI). Proposed demolition/replacement of a single- <br /> family dwelling, detached garage, septic system, hardscaping, mitigation plantings and vista <br />
