(continued) The Board of Selectmen was concerned with the plight of the residents regarding the La Plaza del Sol. The Board has authority in matters of compliance with respect to codes. Town Manager Rodney C. Collins indicated he has discussed this matter with the Police, Fire, Health Agent and Building Inspector to determine if there has been any violations with respect to the Town code or any other provision the Town of Mashpee could take action on. Mr. Collins was informed by the regulatory officials there are no violations to date. It was recommended that Ms. Oakley follow up with an articulated written complaint that would fall within the Town's jurisdiction to be specifically investigated. It was agreed the Town would look into the compliance aspect of the agreement. Discussion and A royal of Memorandum of Understanding Between the Town of Mash ee and the Mash ee old Indian Meetin House Authority Inc. MOIMHA : Parsonage Restoration (Feasibil.ityh. David Weeden was in attendance on behalf of the Mashpee Old Indian Meeting House Authority to request approval of the Parsonage Restoration Memorandum of Understanding. Approval of the amended Memorandum. of Understanding was deferred to the Selectmen's Meeting of September 23, 2019 to allow for formal review of the agreement by the respective parties. Mr. Weeden was agreeable to the deferral. Discussion and A royal of Proclamation: National Recover Month.-- Correspondence was received from Gail Wilson Human Services Director dated August 30, 2019 regarding observance of the National Recovery Month held every September. The 2019 Recovery Month theme is "Join the Voices for Recovery: Together We Are Stronger", emphasizes the need to share resources and build networks across the country that support recovery in all forms. A Proclamation read aloud by the Board of Selectmen Clerk recognizes the month of September 2019 as National Recovery Month in Mashpee. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to proclaim the Months of September 2019 as National Recovery Month in Mashpee to observe this month with appropriate programs, events and activities to support this year's Recovery Month theme.
