Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Brian Mauro, Barbara Nichols, Mike Rapacz <br /> Guests: Jeffrey Smith <br /> The minutes of the July 23, 2018 meeting were accepted as written after a motion Brian Mauro and <br /> second by Mike Rapacz. <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Barbara took the lake measurements on August lst and 15th. The height was at 55.5 and <br /> 55.4 feet above sea level with 15.5 and 15 inches of water flowing over the board closest to the lake. <br /> There were 13.25 and 11 inches of water in the stream by the stairs. Barbara measured 1.1 inches of rain <br /> in her rain gauge. With decreased precipitation, there finally is a noticeable drop in the water level along <br /> the shoreline. Measurements were reported to Drew McManus in Conservation. <br /> Brush and poison ivy remain along the path. The near gauge is still difficult to read. <br /> Conclusions: With decreased precipitation, the lake level is finally dropping. <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Committee Reorganization <br /> Discussion: The current officers will continue to serve the committee: Debi McManus as Chair, Brian <br /> Mauro as Vice Chairman and Barbara Nichols as Secretary. <br /> Conclusions: The current officers will continue to serve for another year. <br />
