The Assembly of Delegates is continuing their review of the Charter. <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> CCC Groundbreaking: The Cape Cod Coffee groundbreaking ceremony is planned on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. <br /> for its new industrial location on Evergreen Circle. <br /> EEE Virus: One case of the Tripe E virus has been detected in the Town of Mashpee. The risk is deemed <br /> moderate at this time and the Department of Health will continue monitoring the exposure. <br /> Stormwater Systems: The DPW is continuing work associated to catch basins. <br /> Seasonal Flu Clinic: Dates have been announced and will be posted on the Town's website for the seasonal <br /> flu clinic to be held at the Christ the King Parish Hall. <br /> Seconsett Island Parking Restriction: In response to an inquiry regarding stickers/passes it was agreed the <br /> Board would review the number of moorings in Waquoit Bay and associated costs. <br /> Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge: A fundraising event for the Mashpee Wildlife Refuge will be held at the <br /> Naukabout Brewery on October 12, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to promote their new Refuge book. <br /> Public Auction Process: The Town Manager is seeking alternatives for public auctions, possibly online. <br /> Mashpee TV: There has been a delay in the upgrade of the audio/visual equipment at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> to October 8-11, 2019. <br /> Letter of Appreciation for Mutual Aid Services: The Town of Yarmouth remitted a letter of appreciation to <br /> the Town of Mashpee for mutual aid response and assistance after an unanticipated tornadic activity. <br /> Annual Tree Lighting: The Recreation Department has altered the annual tree lighting from December 7, 2019 <br /> to December 1, 2019 to alleviate interference with the Annual Holiday Parade. <br /> Veterans Park- Eagle Scouts: Appreciation was given to the Eagle Scouts who participated in the cleaning of <br /> Memorial bricks at the Veterans Memorial Park. <br />
