Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, July 16, 2019 <br /> Other Business: <br /> Committee to review and approve revised Landscape Plan for 29 & 41 <br /> Echo Road as requested at last meeting dated May 21, 2019. <br /> The committee discussed the access of the buildings. Evan made a <br /> statement that the recommendation to the ZBA would be that what is <br /> proposed accommodates the request at the previous Plan Review meeting, <br /> and if the applicant wish to re-evaluate this scenario because of changing <br /> future conditions, they should approach the ZBA. The cuing lane appears <br /> to be functional as directed. Glen made a motion that this landscape plan is <br /> approved with the condition that the cueing lane be treated as temporary, <br /> and when not needed that the landscape buffer continue back out to the <br /> property line. <br /> Glen amended; that the cueing lane be evaluated after three (3) months, <br /> and if not necessary that the landscape plan be returned to meet and <br /> provide the 10 ft. buffer out to the property line. Evan second. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Approval of June 4, 2019 meeting minutes. <br /> Chief Rullo moved to accept the minutes on June 4, 2019. Evan second. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> Charlie made a motion to adjourn. Rodney second. All were in favor.
