Rodney Collins, Town Manager Glen Harrington, Health Agent Tom Rullo, Fire Chief Evan Lehrer, Town Planner Charlie called the meeting to order at 10:12 a.m. 9:30 am Business Name: Thomas E. Fair—Applicant Project address: 21 Evergreen Circle (Lot 1) Agent: Kevin Kirrane, Esquire Engineer: Down Cape Engineering Request: . Applicant is proposing a 7,000 sq. ft. Warehouse and office use, a portion of which to be used in connection with applicant's lawn care business. Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicants who are the operators of a lawn care and tree service business. As he mentioned earlier to the Design Review Committee, the applicants have a based operation in Harwich. Their business has grown and they have a large clientele now on the upper Cape, as well as off Cape, and they are looking for a site that is on the upper Cape to make it easier for their employees to travel on and off Cape. This proposed building will be located in the new industrial/commercial development that was just created off of Rte. 130 called Evergreen Circle. The lot area itself is 43,000 plus sq. ft. lot, and it has 200 ft. of frontage along Evergreen Circle. The proposal is for a 7,000 sq. ft. building. There will be three (3) contractor bays located on the rear side of the building, and Tom's business will include office space and storage for material they use for the lawn care business. The building was designed with the bump out so his vehicles can drive through and load up, and drive out the other side. There will be storage on the first floor and office space on the second floor.
