Fair—Applicant <br /> Project address: 21 Evergreen Circle (Lot 1) <br /> Agent: Kevin Kirrane, Esquire <br /> Engineer: Down Cape Engineering <br /> Request: . Applicant is proposing a 7,000 sq. ft. Warehouse <br /> and office use, a portion of which to be used in connection <br /> with applicant's lawn care business. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicants who are the operators of <br /> a lawn care and tree service business. As he mentioned earlier to the <br /> Design Review Committee, the applicants have a based operation in <br /> Harwich. Their business has grown and they have a large clientele now on <br /> the upper Cape, as well as off Cape, and they are looking for a site that is <br /> on the upper Cape to make it easier for their employees to travel on and off <br /> Cape. This proposed building will be located in the new <br /> industrial/commercial development that was just created off of Rte. 130 <br /> called Evergreen Circle. The lot area itself is 43,000 plus sq. ft. lot, and it <br /> has 200 ft. of frontage along Evergreen Circle. The proposal is for a 7,000 <br /> sq. ft. building. There will be three (3) contractor bays located on the rear <br /> side of the building, and Tom's business will include office space and <br /> storage for material they use for the lawn care business. The building was <br /> designed with the bump out so his vehicles can drive through and load up, <br /> and drive out the other side. There will be storage on the first floor and office <br /> space on the second floor. <br />
