Proposed road repair and RDA
maintenance.
David Capotosto (President of Pirate Cove Assoc.) & Jim Boutilier (Past President of Pirate
Cove Assoc.) presented plans to excavate 288 sq. ft. of pavement to alleviate ponding and
puddling. They want to repair the grate and return to the way it was. They showed a picture
from 9/2/19 of the puddle 2x5 ft. Looked at previous
permits issued since 2002. We only have GIS records from 2007. What we discovered, over the years,
from 2007-2018, was a progression of incursion over the coastal dune area. It started in 2010 with turf
and then removal of coastal dune vegetation.
