The puddle deteriorates the road. <br /> Agent said there is a connected wetland that is considered riverfront because it's connected <br /> to the Mashpee River. It's within the buffer zone to bordering vegetative wetland. It's easy to <br /> see the ponding area, and from a road maintenance standpoint, if you let that condition <br /> persist it will certainly get worse.
