Board Vote. Mrs. Botsford stated that this agreement had been presented to the Brewster <br /> Housing Authority board at their meeting July 17, 2019 and voted unanimously. <br /> Board members were also provided with a proposed Management Services Agreement <br /> Amendment with Mattapoisett (-lousing Authority, which would increase the annual fee to <br /> $48,651.20 prorated monthly at a rate of$4,054.27. This amount was calculated using DI-ICUs <br /> instructions as given in Public Housing Notice 20198-23 and requires Board Vote. Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that this agreement had been presented to the Mattapoisett (-lousing Authority <br /> board at their meeting July 22, 2019 and voted unanimously. <br /> A motion was made by Lisa Meizinger and seconded by Jill Allen to approve the contracts <br /> with Brewster and Mattapoisett.Housing Authorities to increase the management fees as <br /> presented. The motion carried unanimously. The chair signed the contracts and Mrs. Botsford <br /> will submit to DI-ICD. <br /> D). RCAT (Regional Capital Assistance 'Team) contract renewal Mrs. Botsford provided the <br /> board with a copy ol'the renewal contract and stated that it is identical to the one previously <br /> signed for five years, the only exception being the date. Mrs. Botsford reminded the board all of <br /> the services provided by the RCAT and stated that they were extremely valuable to the housing <br /> authority. A motion was made by Lisa Mcizinger and seconded by Kevin Shackett to <br /> approve the five-year contract renewal with the Regional Capital Assistance Team as <br /> presented. The motion carried. Mrs. Botsford will sign and return to Taunton Housing <br /> Authority. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: Mr. Laporte said that he will follow up on the M.O.0 with the town. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: none that hasn't already been mentioned. <br /> NEXT MEETING: The next meeting will be Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 5:00 PM unless <br /> something comes up before then. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made by Kevin Shackett and seconded by <br /> Jill Allen to adjourn.
