With the new CHAMP system, things are taking much longer to do. <br /> All Quarterly reports have been submitted. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> A).Memorandum of Understanding with Town—Housing Assistance Program: Mrs. Botsford <br /> reported that nothing has yet been received back from the town. Mrs. Botsford reported that the <br /> program is running as agreed upon. <br /> 13). Office Rental Space: Mrs. Botsford took Carol Mitchell over to view the potential rental <br /> space on Falmouth Road. The space will allow us plenty of room (and room to grow). Mrs. <br /> Botsford described the space. After discussion, a motion was made by Jill Allen and seconded <br /> by Kevin Shackett to authorize the Executive Director to seek out a lease with the ability to <br /> go up to$2,000/month with up to a five-,year term.The motion carried unanimously. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A). Capital job FISH# 172047—Exterior Storm Door Replacement: Mrs. Botsford reported that <br /> the bids have come in and the low bidder's references have been checked. It is her <br /> recommendation that the board approve JStraightline Construction in the amount of$14,150.00. <br /> After a brief discussion, a motion was made by Lisa Meiringer and seconded by Kevin <br /> Shackett to approve the contract with JStraightline Construction for FISH #172047. The <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> B). Capital iob FISH# 172048— Stabilize and Security Supporting Deck Posts: Mrs. Botsford <br /> reported that the bids have come in for this project too and the low bidder's references have been <br /> checked. It is her recommendation that the board approve JJS Universal Construction Company <br /> whose bid was below the expected cost of the project. After a brief discussion, a motion was <br /> made by Kevin Shackett and seconded by Jill Allen to approve the contract with JJS <br /> Universal Construction Company for FISH #172048. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> C). Management Agreement Fee Increases: Board members were provided with a proposed <br /> Management Services Agreement Amendment with Brewster Housing Authority, which would <br /> increase the annual fee to $68,790.85,prorated monthly at a rate of$5,732.57. This amount was <br /> calculated using DI-ICD's instructions as given in Public Housing Notice 20198-23 and requires <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
