Status of other tasks: <br /> -Shellfish (report from Rick York) currently seeding the Great River and Little River with quahogs. Oyster <br /> season begins November is' <br /> Budget Issues: N/A <br /> Voucher approvals:$44,000 GHD September 21, 2019 invoice approved by Chair for solicitation of CCC <br /> DRI funds and payment through Town Manager's office. <br /> Intermunicipal issues: <br /> -IMAs with adjacent towns-Popponesset Bay: IMA with Barnstable and Sandwich signed 12/17. <br /> Sandwich has adopted 2%tax surcharge for wastewater facilities. <br /> -Watershed-Based Permit for Waquoit Bay:first IMA meeting with Falmouth and Sandwich was held on <br /> June 26, 2018. Chair Fudala attended. No further meetings. <br /> -Falmouth has authorized $10,500 as its share of contract with GHD to study and recommend allocation <br /> of nitrogen responsibility among Mashpee, Falmouth, and Sandwich in anticipation of developing a <br /> Waquoit Bay IMA. <br /> Any news regarding existing or potential private WWTPs: N/A <br /> Other Items: <br /> -Mashpee Clean Water committee online discussions: next meeting is 10/22/19 7pm <br /> -Selectmen schedule of meetings on wastewater: 10/28/19, 11/26/19 and 12/9/19 <br /> Other items not reasonably anticipated by the Chair <br /> Correspondence N/A <br /> Adjournment <br /> Joe Lyons motioned to adjourn, Brad Pittsley seconded.
