10 <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> June 20, 2019 <br /> Meeting re-convened: 7:06 p.m. L <br /> Christine Marano <br /> Proposed Title: Acquisition of 12 Cypress Circle: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Mr. Larkin ratify the sale of the property identified as 12 Cypress Circle, <br /> Mashpee for$100,000 with funds to be held and expended under the care and custody of <br /> the Affordable Housing Trust ("Trust") Board of Trustees for the purpose of funding <br /> Affordable Housing. Funding shall derive from the 10% Affordable Housing Reserve. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Halpern. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Gottlieb,yes Mrs. Thayer,yes Mr. Halpern,yes Mr. Larkin,yes <br /> Ms. Waygan,yes Mr. Harsch,yes Opposed, none <br /> It was agreed the Community Preservation Committee would request the Board of Selectmen <br /> submit a Request for Interest regarding the 12 Cypress Circle property, and consider an RFP for <br /> Land Disposition. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> At-Large Vacancy: Currently there is (1)At-Large vacant position. <br /> COMMUNICATION & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> David Weeden Mashpee Parsonage Project—Matching Fund Grant Application; Request for <br /> Award Letter and Supplemental Documentation from CPC confirming the Commitment of <br /> MatchingFunds: <br /> unds: <br /> David Weeden, Deputy Tribal Historic Preservation Officer was in attendance to request a letter <br /> of support from the Community Preservation Committee for a matching fund grant. The <br /> Mashpee Old Indian Meeting House Authority has received a grant through the Mass Cultural <br /> Council/Mass Development Cultural Facilities Fund in the amount of$30,000. To obtain the <br /> granting funding, the match along with supporting documentation from the CPC is required. <br /> Mr. Weeden indicated the grant would allow the project to proceed to solicit Request for <br /> Proposal's to fund the Historic Structures Report, an integral part of the project. <br />
