Mr. Harrington commented that
the owners have constructed a new restaurant across from the original Mashpee Commons
location. The new full service facility has 118 seats and will be used by Cape Cod Coffee for
breakfast and lunch. The facility may also be used as an event and function room. The inspections
have been completed and are satisfactory. The employees from the old facility relocated to the
new facility, so all training requirements are still met.
