Devlin: ii The Board of Selectmen acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee opened the public Hearing on the application of 99 West, LLB" d/b/a 99 Restaurant& Pub for a Change of Officer and Change of Beneficial Interest. The Nearing notice was read aloud in accordance with posting procedures. Joseph Devlin Counsel for 99 West, LLC was in attendance on behalf of the Licensee to review the specifics of the Change of Officer and Change of Beneficial Interest with the Board of Selectmen and interested public. It was disclosed that Kurt Schnaubelt is being named ,an LLC manager and the Chief Financial Officer, and W. Craig Barber is being names an TLC manager and.the Chief Executive Officer of'the Licensed.Entitles. Brent Bickett, Timothy Janszen and Greg Mayes are being removed as LLC Managers.
