Will have a <br /> small display room, some outside storage, and no other tenants. <br /> Tom Fudala would have them check on wastewater and The Cape Cod Commission. <br /> Fire Dept asked what the hazard class was. All applicants must know the use group that <br /> they fall under. <br /> Fire lanes on three sides of the building. <br /> Fire protection was discussed. <br /> There are two installation trucks on the property. <br /> Drainage was discussed in detail. <br /> Design Review for signage, building and landscaping are required. <br /> Board of Appeals Special Permit required. <br /> Clover Paving, Co., Inc. <br /> 78 Industrial Drive <br /> Applicant, Michael Borselli <br /> The building contains 9,750 square feet and will be divided into contractor bays with <br /> office space. Offices in the front and access garage doors in the rear. There are 18 <br /> parking spaces provided in the rear and front of the building. <br /> The building will be constructed across from Madaket Place. <br /> Tom had concerns about the drainage, drawings shows pipe to catch basin under the <br /> grass. The catch basins will be cleaned and maintained. <br />
