Site Plan Review, July 7, 2004
Page 3
It was questioned whether Nstar would allow boat storage under their power lines,
apparently they are talking with them now.
Glenn asked if they were going to repair boats or was it strictly storage. Kevin explained
that they would store and repair and shrink-wrap on site. They would have a small office
with less than 500 square feet and a lavatory. Glenn also addressed floor drains.
The average boats would be 20 to 25 feet in length; they could not bring any boats too big
because they would have to get under the power lines.
Tom questioned if the number of parking spaces was adequate and was it to be paved.
The plans did not show storm water drainage the meets the zoning requirements.
The general consensus was that the plans needed more work in regards to the grading,
buffer, parking as well as address fire safety issues.
Respectfully submitted,
Patricia White
Administrative Assistant
