The gross floor area of the <br /> accessory apartment shall be not less than three hundred (300) square feet or more <br /> than forty percent (40%) of the gross floor area of the structure. Off street parking was <br /> provided. <br /> Passage door upstairs closed off; there is a stairway with deck on outside. <br /> Sheldon discussed fire separation and smoke and heat detectors. <br /> Recommendations: Install leaching for one more bedroom or combine two bedrooms. <br /> Presently, septic designed for 3-bedroom. Connect hard-wired smoke detectors to the <br /> house.
