Each tenant must apply to the building department for a building permit to <br /> alter that space or use permit to occupy the space. Board of Health and Fire <br /> Departments are required to sign off on all applications. A final inspection will be done <br /> and a certificate of occupancy will be issued for each tenant. <br /> Needed: Update of new tenants to Building and Fire Departments (space # and new <br /> street#); send tenant to Building Department with original plan; they need permits for <br /> any updating of carpet, paint, sprinkler system, fire protection and alarm and other <br /> renovations being preformed by tenants. Update parking spaces and handicap signage <br /> to warn, "Tow at owner's expense." <br />
