SITE PLAN REVIEW MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 10, 2004 <br /> PRESENT: Pat White, Richard Stevens, Sheldon Hamblin, <br /> Tom Fudala. <br /> Opened 10:00 a.m. <br /> Projects under Review: <br /> Plymouth Savings Bank <br /> 8 Shellback Way <br /> Charles Rowley presenting. This is an addition in Deer <br /> Crossing. The Planning Board submitted a Memo to the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals dated 9-2-04 Re: Plymouth <br /> Savings pertaining to the Special Permit decision and <br /> requirements thereof. Copies of this Memo were made <br /> available at the meeting. In this Memo, the Planning Board <br /> supports the alternate plan to correct the inadequate narrow <br /> driveway at the front of the True Value hardware store, <br /> creating a proper 4-way intersection with Shellback Way and <br /> the roadway easement previously approved by the Board on <br /> the Canning property. The hardware store lessee is against <br /> the alternate plan. Sheldon supports the alternate <br /> recommendation. Tom F. supports the alternative <br /> recommendation made to the ZBA per the Memo. Motion to <br /> support the alternate plan was moved and approved <br /> unanimously. <br /> 334 Main Street/Commercial <br /> McShane Construction <br /> Matt Teague and Steven Hayes presenting.
