4960sf for each building (which comes under the 10,000sf <br /> threshhold for the project). They removed trees, and <br /> prepared elevations for parking lot, front and sides. They <br /> reduced the south side parking elevation from a 10' grade to <br /> 8'. There are 66 parking spaces. Sidewalk access to <br /> building added. Proposed landscaping suggested. Tom F. <br /> requests follow-up re: trees and keep overstory. Ratio of <br /> to 5 landscaping to parking required. Richard asked if there <br /> is 40' off road. There is 10' of bike path and 30' of road. <br /> Sheldon stated fire code requires access from two sides of <br /> building. Parking lot upper is o.k. Where is 2nd one? <br /> Sheldon suggests put retail in other building and use other <br /> for business use only. There are more requirements for <br /> retail. Check water pressure, could impact cost of sprinkler <br /> system. Fire truck needs to be 25' from building for set up. <br /> Loading zone not required but needs to be designated. <br /> Affordable housing segment going to Board of Appeals on <br /> September 22nd.
