Scott plans to put an 18' path to the garage from the road. The <br /> requirements (under fire code) for fire truck access is 20' wide and <br /> 13.6' high from a paved road. The By-law requires 12' wide and 16' <br /> clearance. There is existing town water to the house. He has the <br /> option to continue Town water or install a well. The well would need <br /> to be inspected before a building permit is issued. He will need a <br /> ZBA review and approval. The Planning Department will need to see <br /> parking spaces and detailed drawings showing the driveway. Eric <br /> suggested decreasing the living space by 10% to meet the 40% <br /> requirement for apartment living space.
