This <br /> will be a brand new building with only the existing foundation. It has a walkout back. If there <br /> are less than 25 employees, only a site plan is required. Fire alarm with pull stations are required <br /> if over 25 employees. The turning radius template for the fire truck needs to be overlayed on his <br /> site plan, and both floors need to be accessible to the walkout. Two handicap parking spaces are <br /> required; it looks like three spaces are provided. Tom F. needs a current site plan. Are there <br /> storm drainage issues?
