The Applicant was advised of the need for sprinkler <br /> and fire alarm, and that the sprinkler room will impinge upon retail space. Loading Zone will be <br /> in the rear of the building to facilitate traffic movement in the front of the building (requirement <br /> of the fire department). Pat White asked <br /> the members to provide individual comments and recommendations for each project and e-mail <br /> them to the recording secretary to be included in the Minutes. <br /> Pat White suggested that the Use Form that is filed with the Building Inspector be reviewed and <br /> updated. <br /> The Minutes of January 14, 2005 were passed to the next meeting.
