Town of Mash ee <br /> H � <br /> : �y 16 Great Jde(k 10ad,-Alorlh <br /> Nfashpee, Alassacbm-etts 02649 <br /> 508-539-1400 x556 <br /> Fax: 508-477-7380 <br /> bttildiiiga(ci.inash ee.nza.us <br /> Building Department <br /> DECEMBER 13, 2006 <br /> DECISION OF PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE <br /> On December 8,2006 a public hearing was held by the Plan Review Committee to consider the <br /> request of Barbara Notarious of 9 Horseshoe Bend way for a Bed&Breakfast under Section <br /> 174.25 /A-13 of the Town of Mashpee Zoning Bylaws. <br /> Members present: <br /> 9 CD <br /> Richard Stevens,Building Inspector o 7.. <br /> George Baker, Fire Chief C-, <br /> Glen Harrington,Health Department w <br /> Catherine Laurent, DPW . <br /> Tom Fudala, Planning Department <br /> Charles Maintanis, Local Inspector for Selectman's Office <br /> Ms. Notarious presented her plans for the use of one bedroom in her home as a B&B with only <br /> a continental breakfast being served. <br /> Members in the audience were asked for comments and all present were in favor of this <br /> proposal <br /> Members of the committee discussed the proposal and took a vote unanimously in favor <br /> of approving this application with the following conditions: <br /> 1.) Ms. Notatious must apply to the Town for any and all permits required for the operation <br /> of a B&B under section 174.25 /A13. <br /> 2.) The occupancy is restricted to one bedroom with a maximum occupancy of 3 persons. <br /> 3.) A continental breakfast will be served and no food prep shall be allowed on the site. <br /> The Public Hearing was closed.
