Rowley <br /> TOWN PLANNER : Tom Fudala <br /> TIME: 8 : 05 PM <br /> Petitioner: Mrs , Costa <br /> Submitted by: Mrs . Costa <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Pine Rd . <br /> Fee : $15 . 00 <br /> Mrs . Costa presented pictures of Pine Rd . as it is now and a plan signed <br /> zby the Planning Board , Mr. Rowley said he went down there and said it <br /> isn't as wid-e as it would appear in the photos and there 's a lot of <br /> building material on the other side . He said it is suitable for <br /> emergency vehicles and he felt to put one more house on the lot won't <br /> make it any worse . He said it would help if -the trees were cleared out <br /> from the edge of the road . <br /> Mr . Marsters made a motion to approve the Approval Not Required based <br /> on the fact that the road is suitable and adequate for one more lot . <br /> Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. Mr. Jonas signed the plan <br /> on behalf of the Board . <br /> Petitioner: John Sullivan <br /> Submitted by: Suanne McAnespie <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Redwood Circle <br /> Ms . McAnespie said the plan was creating a right of way easement for <br /> lots 8 , 9 & 10 so they won't have access to Rte . 130. The Board asked <br /> her to come back with how the lots 7, 8 , 9 & 10 were held as of l/l/85 . <br /> If they were all in common ownership, they should be shown as 1 lot . <br /> They want the owners noted on the plan as of l/l/85, otherwise they would <br /> have to be combined . They put Ms . McAnespie on the agenda for 4/17 . <br />
