Mr. McGrath said he would like <br /> to leave the cul-de-sac alone and change the property line . The <br /> Board saw no problem with that . The road will be extended 20' to <br /> provide necessary frontage for lot 3 . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion -to approve the plan subject to extending <br /> the road 20' and extension of that lot . Ms . The Board was not happy with lot 1 on <br /> Great Neck Rd . Mr. Rowley suggested he slide all 3 lots back and <br /> recreate a 20 ' strip behing lots 2 & 1 . <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the preliminary subject to Mr. <br /> Rowley's comments , denying of access to lots 1, 2 & 3 on Great Neck Rd . <br /> and setting aside a 20 ' easement from the centerline of Great Hay Rd . <br /> for future construction. Mr. Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Petitioner: Earle Marsters <br /> Submitted by: Mike McGrath <br /> Location: Sandwich/Falmouth Rd . <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary Discussion <br /> Mr. Marsters abstained . They reviewed Mr. Rowley's report . <br /> 1. Will add it on the definitive <br /> 3 . Will be noted non-buildable on lot 2 <br /> 4. No affect on lot 3 but does affect lot 2 <br /> 5 . Agreed to extending parcel C and not create another one . <br /> Ms . Stone made a motion to approve the plan subject to Mr. Rowley's <br /> comments . Mr . Jonas seconded and all voted in favor. <br /> Douglas Sterns came before the Board representing Fields Point Cor. <br /> to discuss 2 articles proposed for town meeting to relocate Job 's <br /> Fishing Rd . The new way would tie into Donna 's Rd. and go over flat <br /> land at shopping center. The 2nd article would locate Job's Fishing <br />
