MA 02649 <br /> MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MINUTES : 3/20/85 P. 2 <br /> Mr. Marsters made a motion to approve the release of lots 1-30 as <br /> shown in this release of partial covenant . Ms . Stone seconded and <br /> all voted in favor. It was signed. <br /> Petitioner: Kathleen Costa <br /> Submitted by: Same <br /> Type of Plan: Approval Not Required <br /> Location: Strawberry Ln. & Pine Rd . <br /> The Board questioned whether Pine Rd . meets the Board 's standards as <br /> a suitable road . Mrs . Costa said there was a new house just built <br /> across the street on Pine Rd . and a building permit was issued . The <br /> Board told her to bring in a copy of the subdivision plan signed by <br /> the Planning Board that shows the lots across the street and they <br /> placed her on the agenda for April 3 . <br /> Mr . Rowley pointed out they could remove the note on the plan which <br /> says they would have to "remove the stable before conveying" . Mr. <br /> Rowley kept one copy of the plan and Mrs . Costa took the rest back. <br /> Petitioner: Merwin Sturgis <br /> Submitted by: John Slavinsky <br /> Location: Mashpee Pond <br /> Type of Plan: Definitive <br /> Fee : $210 <br /> Mr. SJ_avinsky submitted the topo and plans for 11 lots and 3 common <br /> areas . He had made all changes as requested at the preliminary stage . <br /> 'hhe Board scheduled the public hearing for April 17 . He paid the fee . <br /> Petitioner: Cranberry Trust <br /> Submitted by: Bill Warwick <br /> Type of Plan: Preliminary Discussion <br /> Mr. Dubin abstained . Mr, Rowley submitted a report and they reviewed it : <br /> 1 . Will show setback line <br /> 2. Cul-de-sac will remain but be painted out with side parking <br /> area and center line on road for lanes . Mr. Marsters said <br /> to be sure to show it on the profiles for Mr . Rowley. Mr . <br /> Warwick agreed . <br /> Mr . Jonas made a motion to approve the preliminary plan subject to Mr. <br /> Rowley's comments . Ms . Stone seconded and all voted in favor. They <br /> added it 's also subject to making note on profiles . <br />
