This highest monthly average is 9,62 3 gallons and the <br /> highest day was 25,920 gallons. The flow for April 1996 was 1,483 gallons. There have been <br /> days with zero floe . <br /> Willow bend nd has been re-circulating the flow they have. Also, correct the spelling of amphidrome. <br /> Dennis made a notion to approve the minutes of larch l f and March 15 with the <br /> suggested changes. Tom seconded the motion. All members were in favor 2- <br /> Worn received a letter from the Board of Selectmen requesting the Sever Commission appoint a <br /> member to the DCPC Committee. He has been told they do not want Tom to be the member <br /> because he is already an e -officio member of the DCPC Committee. <br /> Torn asked if there are any volunteers who want to serve on the DCPC Committee` <br /> Dennis said he would like to nominate Worn. He has to go to the meeting anyway. 1f he <br /> represented the Sever Commission he would have a chance to vote. <br /> The members discussed the DCPC process. Dennis asked if we designate a DCPC, can we force <br /> the upgrade of septic systems? <br /> Tom said the town would have the authority to pass regulations that are not subject to <br /> grandfathering. <br /> Dennis does not think it is a fair situation to only regulate new development. <br /> Toni said that has been said, he does not thinly it is fair either. The difference between old and <br /> new development however, especially for septic systems, is that he new development has not yet <br /> spent any money on a septic system. <br /> Tom said the Board of health has considered requiring new -nitrifying septic systems for any <br />
