Howes said some firms were strong on the engineering, other strong on environmental <br /> issues, some in between. He would like to see certain selection criteria including: firma has <br /> completed design and construction project; have commitment of time and staff. Staff that has the <br /> time to do this wort ; how many staff will they use. Dr. Hoes' preference is for fewer people <br /> spending more time. <br /> Tom said we can ask them to b ng to the interview the hours to be spent on the-project, by <br /> employee. <br /> r.
