Howes asked if they have GIS on site. <br /> They do, they use ARC CAD, ARC View and ARC info. <br /> SEA Consultants said they are confident they and the Serer Commission can work well together. <br /> The Committee reviewed a letter from Ed Baker-with his comments on the 4 proposals. <br /> Stearns and Wheeler's proposal impressed hire the most. <br /> Duncan Wood called Tom with bis comments on the proposals. He ranked the 4 proposals: <br /> 1. Steams and Wheeler: have the most direct experience and understanding of Nlashpee"s situation. <br /> 2. Weston and Sampson <br /> 3. Louis Berger <br /> . SEA Consultants <br /> The Committee members then discussed their comments impressions from the interviews. <br /> r.
